Trinidad, land of Carnival, Calypso and food! Trini food is a culinary experience that everyone should experience and enjoy. Just before entering the melee of Niagara Falls is this newly opened gem featuring the Chief brand curry of the islands we know and love.

The doubles are really good, make sure to get it with the cucumber and tamarind sauce in it. The goat roti is good tasty flavours and cheap price compared to other restaurants in the area.

From the moment I walked in, the owner greeted me with such warmth and friendliness, it truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. I ordered the doubles and a dhalpouri chicken roti, and both were outstanding. The doubles bara was freshly made, and the chutney added a burst of flavour that was absolutely delicious. The curry chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and the dhalpouri roti was simply incredible; soft, flavorful, and the ideal complement. This was an authentic Trinidadian meal done right. Without a doubt, a well-deserved 5 stars!

Born and raised Trini here. I do agree that some dishes are missing the trini spices and taste but frankly speaking, Canada doesn't have access to alot of items. Understanding that is necessary. These guys do their best, they have great roti, I always buy from them (almost weekly). I've never received soggy doubles and aloo pies because it's made as you order, it's not just sitting there. Their service is great not to mention their price. Are there adjustments that can be made? Absolutely! However, constructive criticism is more helpful than a low rating. God knows I'm not traveling to Mississauga for good roti, and don't even try telling me JP's roti is better, it's not. These people are small Trini business owners, support them in a positive manner, if you have a suggestion, state it and see what they do.

Best roti bread I ever had. It was “Buss Up Shut” which means “bust up shirt”. Basically flaky and “torn up” but in a good way. Fill it with curry potatoes and your choice of protein. It was delicious.
